Legal information about NGO ADK and Business Units Exchange Online platform
NGO “ADK” (EDRPOU code 44757504), operating under the Business Units Exchange Online (BUEX Online) brand, was registered on May 10, 2022 and entered into the Register of Non-Profit Institutions and Organizations (State Fiscal Service decision № 2215534600105 dated May 18, 2022).
Business Units Exchange Online is a free career accelerator for junior developers that solves the “no experience for first job” problem. We provide students with the opportunity to gain real experience working on outsourcing projects under the guidance of senior mentors during their studies.
NGO “ADK” is a non-profit organization working in the interests of developing the IT community of Ukraine. All services for students and junior specialists are provided free of charge.

All materials posted on the BUEX Online platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and program code, are the intellectual property of NGO “ADK” or are used on the basis of appropriate licenses.
Use of platform materials without written permission from the owner is prohibited, except in cases provided by applicable Ukrainian legislation.

All disputes arising in connection with the use of the BUEX Online platform are resolved through negotiations. In case of inability to reach an agreement, disputes are subject to judicial review in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
