User agreement for Business Units Exchange Online platform
Welcome to the Business Units Exchange Online (BUEX Online) platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between NGO “ADK” (EDRPOU code 44757504), owner of the BUEX Online Platform, and You (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) regarding the use of the Platform and provided services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before you start using the Platform. By using the Platform, You agree to all terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Platform.
1.1. Platform — website and related services provided by NGO “ADK” under the BUEX Online trademark, available at buxonline.org.
1.2. User — any individual or legal entity who has registered on the Platform and uses its services.
1.3. Candidate — User who is an IT/Digital specialist and seeks employment opportunities through the Platform.
1.4. Business — companies or entrepreneurs who use the Platform to search for Candidates for employment or cooperation.
2.1. To access the full range of Platform services, the User must complete the registration procedure by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
2.2. The User undertakes to maintain the accuracy of the provided information and update it promptly in case of changes.
2.3. The User is responsible for the security of their account, including the confidentiality of login and password.
5.1. All intellectual property objects on the Platform, including design, texts, graphics, logos, are the property of NGO “ADK” or are used on the basis of appropriate licenses.
5.2. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using Platform content without prior written permission from the owner is prohibited.
6.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of provided information and actions performed under their account.
6.2. Platform Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the User as a result of using or inability to use the Platform.
6.3. Platform Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including other Users or Businesses.
7.1. Collection, processing, and protection of User personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to providing Platform services.
8.1. This Agreement is effective from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid until its termination.
8.2. The User has the right to stop using the Platform and delete their account at any time.
8.3. Platform Administration has the right to terminate the Agreement and delete the User’s account in case of violation of this Agreement’s terms.
9.1. Platform Administration reserves the right to change this Agreement unilaterally. The updated version of the Agreement is published on the Platform with the date of the last update indicated.
9.2. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are made means the User agrees to the new version of the Agreement.
10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with this Agreement are resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.2. In case of inability to reach an agreement, the dispute is subject to judicial review in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
